Accessibility statement

MeetBobbie should work for everyone, however you see, hear, move or read.

Last reviewed: October 15, 2026

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, on our public pages and in the MeetBobbie app.

What we test

  • Automated browser checks with axe, run on our pages at desktop and phone widths.
  • Keyboard checks. You can reach and use every link, button, form and dialog without a mouse, you can always see where you are, and focus goes back to where you were when a dialog closes.
  • Manual checks of color contrast, zoom and text size, page headings, and the names of buttons, links and form fields. On a phone, tap targets are at least 44 pixels.

Known limits

  • Automated checks find only part of the problems, so some may get through. We fix them when we find them.
  • Some content comes from other companies, such as sign-in with Google or Microsoft, payment pages, and the human check on our forms. We do not control how accessible those are.
  • The email designer supports drag and drop, and it also works by keyboard. The emails our customers write are their own content, and we cannot promise that each one meets WCAG.
  • Some older screens in the app may not fully meet the standard yet.
