Terms of Service

We believe in clear, fair terms that respect both you and your business.

Last Updated: October 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetBobbie.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms are entered into between you and Raven Studios, LLC, the owner and operator of MeetBobbie.ai.

If you are using MeetBobbie on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Description of Services

MeetBobbie is a web-based service that gives you Bobbie, a chief of staff for your follow-up. Bobbie leads a set of AI assistants that draft email for you to approve, edit, or skip, and MeetBobbie keeps your contacts, notes, and tasks in one place. Features may change or evolve over time.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You may not share credentials or misuse the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use MeetBobbie for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Send spam or unauthorized bulk communications
  • Violate third-party terms (e.g., Gmail policies)
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
  • Upload malicious or infringing content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. AI Agents and Your Responsibility

  • The Services include AI agents ("Bobbie" and her assistants) that draft messages, suggest actions and, when you allow it, take actions for you.
  • The agents act on your instructions, your settings and the information you provide. You decide what they are allowed to do.
  • Any message sent through the Services is sent by you, from your accounts, as your communication. This applies whether you approved it one at a time or turned on a setting that sends without asking.
  • AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Approving a draft means you have read it and accept it as your own.
  • If you turn on any setting that lets an agent act without your approval, you accept responsibility for everything it does under that setting.
  • You are responsible for having the right to contact each person, and for following the laws that apply to your messages, including email marketing, text messaging and privacy laws.
  • Agent output is not legal, financial, tax, real estate or fundraising advice.
  • We do not guarantee that agent output is accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose, or that an agent will act or refrain from acting in any particular case.
  • When you connect an account such as Gmail, Outlook or a calendar, you authorize the agents to read and act in that account as the Services describe. You can disconnect at any time.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly. Prices are in US dollars.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law, or under the founding member money-back promise described below.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
  • Small business and real estate plans start with a 14-day trial. A card is required to start it. The trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless canceled.
  • Nonprofit pricing is for registered nonprofits and school groups, and you confirm that at sign-up. A new nonprofit workspace gets the Plus plan for 14 days with no card. When that ends, the workspace stays on the Free plan unless you choose Plus.
  • The founding member price is offered to the first 100 members. It takes $50 off the monthly price of your plan for as long as you stay a member, and it is available on monthly billing only. If you cancel, the founding member price ends and does not come back. Founding members pay by card up front, with a 30-day money-back promise.
  • If you cancel a paid plan, it stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, your workspace moves to the free version and your data is not deleted.
  • Billing is managed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

7. Intellectual Property

MeetBobbie retains all rights to software, branding, trademarks, documentation, and AI orchestration logic.

You retain ownership of your data.

8. Data Ownership

  • You own the content you upload.
  • You grant MeetBobbie a limited license to process data solely to provide the Services.
  • We do not claim ownership of customer data.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MeetBobbie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
  • MeetBobbie is not liable for the content of messages sent through your account, for actions taken by agents under your instructions or settings, or for how recipients respond.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeetBobbie from claims arising from your use of the Services, messages sent through your account, actions agents take under your instructions or settings, your contacts or their data, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment. Upon termination, access to the Services will cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will tell you by email or in the product and ask you to accept the new version. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
